Update Finally

It is that crazy time of year! And for us, it has been very crazy and hectic. I had all intentions of keeping our blog more up to date than this, but between trying to settle in to our new home, getting ready for the holidays, and a crashed computer it just has not worked out. So now that our computer is fixed, thank you so very much to Ron VanEpps, I am able to put new entries on our blog.
Now that the holidays are almost over we will be able to really foccus on making our house a home and welcome to any of you that would like to come visit. We are liking it alot and Matt seems to be happy with the job. The kids are doing great and seem to like the new place as well. The girls have their 9 month check up tomorrow with a new doctor. Thank goodness they don't get shots this time. I am excited to see how much they have grown though. Colton continues to be very smart and whitty. We just never know what will come out of his mouth. He has also started wanting to help out more with his sisters. He takes pride in being a big boy. I do enjoy the help most of the time. Please enjoy the pictures.

Home

Well here we are at our new home in Nebraska. Things have been very crazy since we moved in. Unpacking and finding a spot for everything is no more fun or any easier than packing. Anyway things seem to be getting to somewhat normal for us. We got our Internet hooked up late Monday night, we are getting our house phone tomorrow (Dec. 4th), and our T.V. well that will be hooked up on Dec. 21st. So by Christmas we should be back to normal again. Our house is nice, smaller than the one in Hays, but more open so that makes it nicer. The kids have seem to have adjusted pretty well, though Colton often asks why we are in the country and says that "his" work is in Hays at the feedlot. Nonetheless he seems to like it here. Matt really likes his job and says that it beats being at the feedlot any day. The people is working for seem to be very nice and I'm sure that Matt won't have a problem working for them. I am adjusting to life as a true stay at home mom. I love being with our children, especially since they all have been sick, and every day brings about a new adventure as Colton tries to help me organize the house. He has a story for everything and you just never know what he might say next.
So as we continue to adjust to our new place and new surroundings we will keep you updated on our family. Check back soon as I hope to do a virtual tour of the house.

Officially Moving

Wow! Crazy has just gotten even crazier! Moving a family of 5 is not the most fun thing to do, but we are getting it done. We will officially be in Nebraska as of tomorrow (Nov. 23), so this will be my last blog for awhile. Because we will be living in the country we can't get DSL Internet, therefore we have to have satellite Internet which requires new equipment being installed in the house. That being said, I don't know when it will be installed to get our Internet up and running. I'm so sorry that I will not be able to keep you all informed of how we are doing. But rest assured just as soon as I can get back on the computer I will post an update (and maybe some pictures too). I hope this finds every one doing well and I just ask that you keep our family in your prayers for a safe and sane move. (It's hard to stay sane when you are moving 3 little kids :) )
Hope to be able to update you soon from Nebraska!

Busy Times

As all of you know, Matt and I are getting ready to move. And wow what a busy time it is. Trying to sort through everything and get rid of the things that are not really needed. We are moving into a smaller house than what we have right now, so this means getting rid of a lot of things (or should I say junk?). Anyway trying to do all of this with three little ones that are always needing attention is very difficult. But we are slowly getting things done. We will be moving the last week of the month, so only two more weeks and our lives will be changing drastically. This is all for the better though. So through this very busy hectic time I ask that you keep our family in your prayers. We love you all.

We can sit up all by ourselves!

Jadyn (left) and Jordyn (right) can finally sit by themselves and are starting to interact with each other.

Halloween

Halloween was fun! All three kids dressed up and went trick or treating. We even got to take a few pictures with cousin Bennett They were the cutest bumble bees, lion and monkey around!

First Entry

Wow! What a cool way to stay in touch and let others watch us grow and change. Welcome to our very first blog. We are in a crazy time right now as we are starting to pack our things for our big move. Matt found a really good ranching job in Nebraska, so we will be moving up there the end of the month. This will be a great way for our family and friends to keep up with us since we will be miles away, but always a click away.
